Our door has had a shattered front panel for the past 4 weeks with a scheduled installation date of 6/18. We have had broken glass falling out of our door since this incident happened which has forced us to only use the garage to enter and exit our house. We have been given 2 different installation dates that have been canceled at the last minute by this company. Not only does this keep us with a shattered front door with no adjusted install date given, but this company has said openly that they decided to prioritize other customers orders rather than helping us with ours. We have been waiting on this install for 4 weeks straight and now has been extended even longer while we still deal with a shattered front door panel.

We had a wonderful experience dealing with Desert Moon Door. They provided us with a quality product at a very reasonable price. We had a manufacturing problem with the fit on one of our bifold doors. Desert Moon took all the necessary steps needed to make sure we were 100% satisfied, and we are. A great company to do business with and I would highly recommend them.
