Their techs have always been prompt & courteous; their office staff have been great to deal with over the phone.  We live at Anthem at Merrill Ranch in Florence, AZ.  Their pricing is a bit higher than some of their competitors but I feel they're worth it. We tried other companies that didn't show for appointments, didn't invoice for months & then billed for several months at once & didn't return phone calls; we've never had any of these problems with Defense Pest Control.

We like them a lot. We've been on his schedule for 5 years. He's just very professional and very friendly. Cost-wise, he's where the rest of them are. They come back right away free of charge.

They charge every other month.  In the meantime, if I see anything in the house, they would come back.  I have the animals, so I like them to do the inside.  They use really nice guys in terms of taking care of major thing with them.  They are very friendly and open to a very good job.  I really enjoy that part of it.  So far the quality has been good.

We've had them for four or five years.  They come out every other month.  I can't really say anything bad about them.  They are pretty consistent and easy to work with.  I like the fact that they almost always send the same gentleman out to me.  He knows my dogs, my house and he knows the problems that I have depending on the season whether its spiders or whatever.  If you have a problem in between their visit, they come back without charge.  After they have sprayed and then all of a sudden you find spiders or any other insects, they'll come back and spray that area for you again.  I don't even look for anyone else and I'm happy with them.  I really don't know the difference and their price doesn't seem expensive to me.
