Crown Point Properties

Crown Point Properties were very responsive, very professional. The week before, the person from Crown Point Properties came out to the house and introduced herself and everything, the owner and kind of looked around and gave us a quote on it. They were bonded and insured and all of that, so we gave them key to the house and all of their employees are bonded as well and background checks done on them, but we will utilize them again. We are primary principal residents in Alaska and we come down there 3 or 4 times a year and so we will utilize them when we come down to clean house before we get there, clean up the dust. As far as I am concerned, I have no complaints. I thought they were very professional, very up-front with everything atleast at the first exposure to them. I have shopped around a bit and found that their pricing is very reasonable. I haven't seen the results of Crown Point Properties's work but my neighbor says he is happy with their work, so it looks good in his perspective. We had house guest down there the whole time and by the end of the trip, we did not feel like cleaning it up before we left, and our house guests were leaving with us, so that is what precipitated our decision to look for the service. We called them the week before we are leaving and the owner came right out like within a couple of days and talk with us and answered all of our questions. They are extremely professional, up-front, organized and had a very professional attitude.
