+ -1 moreWe have owned our house for 11 years and it was time to have the chimney cleaned...we were noticing a woody smell throughout the house. Wizard’s showed up on time, checked the roof exterior of the chimney plus the spark guard and then began cleaning the chimney....no buildup was detected...cleanup was very thorough...and we love the results! Woody smell is gone and we would definitely use them again as well as recommend them highly!

Description of Work: I bought and had a woodburning fireplace insert installed by them. The service was excellent, they were on time, they delivered what they said they would and checked after the fact to make sure everything was good for us. I could not have asked for any better place to do business with.

Description of Work: Cleaned two gas fireplaces, replaced a part in one of them, and figured out why the other was not lighting up (batteries in the remote control receptor) The service was a little on the expensive side, but the professionalism was top notch. The technician came on time, spent a lot of time on the work, explained exactly what he was doing, and answered all my questions. I would use them again, with no hesitation.

+ 1 moreFixed the problem. Cleaned out the logs and adjusted them. Donnie was very knowledgeable. Even said that chimney didn't need cleaning. Call back if soot comes back.
Description of Work: Gas log thermostat intermittently wouldn't work. I thought soot problem might be the chimney.
