We have owned our house for 11 years and it was time to have the chimney cleaned...we were noticing a woody smell throughout the house. Wizard’s showed up on time, checked the roof exterior of the chimney plus the spark guard and then began cleaning the chimney....no buildup was detected...cleanup was very thorough...and we love the results! Woody smell is gone and we would definitely use them again as well as recommend them highly!

Jack was amazing through the process of purchasing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our pellet stove since install. They have our business for chimney sweeping, repairs, and pellet sales for life. Super happy with the service.

I had Wizards do the work, and they were superb. I just thought that given the removal took about 5 minutes, they would offer a discount on the minimum rates for two house calls. They didn't, but the work they did was excellent, and their service was not only professional but very pleasant, and I will certainly use them again

They were prompt, courteous and professional. Very nice guys and explained everything clearly.

Fixed the problem.  Cleaned out the logs and adjusted them.  Donnie was very knowledgeable.  Even said that chimney didn't need cleaning.  Call back if soot comes back.

I originally called the company about 6 months ago for a chimney sweep and wood stove cleaning. They came out, but their ladder wasn't tall enough. We rescheduled and the second time they came, their ladder was AGAIN, not tall enough. The third time they came out, I wasn't around and I left the key in a lock box on the front door. I was promised by the owner, Jack, that he would be the ONLY one with the lock box information, and he promised he would be the only one to come out to do the service. He lied... he sent an employee out, who had trouble with the lockbox and instead of letting me know, left our home unlocked for over 24 hours! The owners were very apologetic initially, but then repeatedly failed to follow up with me about some parts they were supposed to order for me, for the stove. I called this evening to follow up, and was understandably frustrated about the continued lack of reasonable service. I was told to and quot;have a nice lifeand quot; and then hung up on.
Please please steer clear of this awful company!

They came out the first time 6 months ago to do a chimney service. They did not bring a ladder tall enough. They came back a second time a few months later again without a tall enough ladder. The third time, they had trouble with the lock box. I told the owner that I would give him the information if only he would be in possession of it. They sent out an employee and the employee left my home open for over 24 hours.

They have since told me that they do not want to do business with me. I called today and was hung up on.

Service was good.  I was surprised they schedule on New Year's Eve day.  At the time of the service, I was told I needed a new fan. After some phone exchange, Wizard informed me the fan was no longer produced.  I went on-line and found one.  Wizard will install later this week.  Stellar service would have been, Wizard going on line to find the fan.  Perhaps I am asking too much.  I would and am using again.

Generally, very well. Jack was very knowledgable and helpful. He clearly knows what he is doing. I thought that the price was fair; they were honest, showed up when they said they would, and did the job professionally and within the estimated time. My only complaint was that there was one part on back order (a trim piece not critical to the stove functioning). That turned out to be a pain. The office incorrectly noted that it had been done and closed the file. It took a number of calls to finally get it done. Also, he was supposed to dispose of a large pipe and never did manage to remember that. While these were annoying, overall I would recommend them as honest and professional, which says a lot. If you hire them you might want to consider not paying in full until everything is completely done so that they have some incentive to remember to finish everything.

Technician was super nice and efficient. Did checkup and such in very timely manner.  Let us know any issues which there were none.   Let us know that there was no cracks or damage so eased our conerns. Had very minimal buildup so didn't need much cleaning.  Suggested other tech that could do electrical or gas pipe removal if we should want to do in future. Went up on roof to chimney and checked cap, structure, and such. Vacummed where needed.  Checked inside of chimney but could tell most from above.

They did what they said were here on time and did a beautiful job

Was supposed to sweep the chimney and do a safety inspection and give me an estimate on some work. Well, they sent their best guy who just really talked a lot and seemed like he didn't want to do the work. He said the stove pipe and chimney were safe and supposedly swept the chimney. Well, I called for a second opinion. And the wood stove HAS not been used in this time. The second guy cleaned the chimney and fireplace and had a whole bag of soot (I saw the bag of soot) Plus there were three significant safety hazards that could have burnt down the house. The second provider also did the work that I asked for without acting like it was a pain. In other words, Wizards provided me with a $150 table dance.

They were fine. They showed up when they said that they would and got the job done. I did not do price check with other companies but they just did minimal work.

They were great. It was $75 for one hour. They came out, I told them I wanted to know if I could flip some switches around and they said they could do it right away. They charged me an extra $75 for the call and they fixed it within that time. They were efficient. They came, did the job and they weren't trying to get more money. They gave good advice and whom else we could go to, to design the hearth and improve the hearth. I don't have anything to compare the price with.

The unit (it is an old pellet stove) was over $400. He came back a couple weeks later and installed the unit. I would definitely use their services again.

We had called all over town to try and get someone to fix our pellet stove. We had been told several times that the unit was too old, no parts available, it was easier to get a new one, etc. Finally Wizards came out and looked at it and the technician first offered to replace it if that is what we wanted, but he could tell we didn't want to spend 3 grand on a new unit, so he offered to sell us a used unit that they had at the store. After a little more research we became convinced that we could get our 15 year old stove working because there WERE parts available online and even though the company had been bought out they still made replacement parts. I called Wizard fully expecting them to try to sell me on a new unit like everyone else in Flagstaff had done. To my great relief they were more than willing to come out and inspect and service the unit and chimney. They took the pellet stove to the shop, added a needed circuit board and had it running within a week. They then called several times to let us know they could come out sooner than expected to re-install the unit. They cleaned the chimney, added a needed vent pipe that was incorrectly installed and re-installed the pellet stove for under $200. They acted like we were paying 3000 for the unit the way they kept in contact and took our needs seriously. Very highly recommended, great experience all around. I'm sitting in front of my pellet stove right now on a snowy day here and loving it!! thanks Wizard!

Overall the service was great just need to be specific about who will be there when appointment is planned.
