The staff was very helpful and friendly. I went there to speak with them about my project and they assisted me with material selection and offered some helpful planting tips. Although I ended up doing the project myself instead of having them come out and do it, I found the plants that I wanted there.

I have never had professional landscaping done before, so I have no real basis of comparison. We initially presented them with our wish list, and they came back with everything we asked for. This was well above any budget we had for this, so they planned at least 2 phases for us. In phase 1 we wanted access from the front yard to the back yard. The initial plan didn't have a path that was sufficiently wide for anything but light equipment (wheel barrow). I noticed something and asked them about changing the plan. They did a great job with the idea and listened to our needs. Phase 1 has been completed and it looks great. More important, it not only gives us access to the back yard, but also effective access to a storage area under the house. We did have a punch list at the end that required a few changes to what was done so that it matched what the plan said. This was done quickly and professionally. We are currently looking at phase 2, which will have to wait for spring. As an additional note, we have visited a variety of greenhouses, and found that Warner has excellent stock.

This company did an excellent job, from start to finish. We had several meetings to go over plans and details. Our project
manager spent a lot of extra time trying to find a paver stone which would match the existing, 24 year old stone patio. He was successful, after many hours and days of searching. The walkway they added looks great. They had to work in monsoonal
rains for the first whole week of this project. They were on time, professional, respectful, friendly and worked very hard.
Quality of work was impressive. They also cleaned up the site after they were done. Our project manager came back for a final meeting to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. We will choose them again for any additional projects in our yard.

I like the quality of the plants. The personnel knew a lot about what they're doing. It's a really nice facility. They have a fairly good selection of plants and flowers. They've just in business in Flagstaff just for years and years and they're continually always the best place to go in town for plants.

All transplanting has been worked well , no dead trees.

I cannot speak more highly about them. They are absolutely great! They are the biggest and the best in the area. They are very reliable!

We visited Warner's a couple of times before we actually decided on what to get for our landscape. We needed some erosion control plants. Every time we went and talked to an associate, they were very helpful. They have so much knowledge about everything plants, it's amazing. We finally decided on the plants. We went and told them what we wanted, they immediately pulled plants aside for us, and scheduled the delivery and planting. They didn't care that it would be rocky. I was so glad we had them plant for us. I don't think I would have been able to plant them correctly. They used extra soil/mulch and even made little ledges for them to sit. I am also glad that since they planted them, the plants have a year warrenty on them. If they die within the next year (as long as I water them correctly), they will replace them for free. I have a friend who had 1-2 trees replaced because they died.
