As with anything computer related there were glitches. The technician arrived on time and performed the requested duties. When a networking glitch became complicated one of the owners rushed over to my office and in a matter of minutes they had the problem solved. They only charged me for time when things were going well but not for the time they spent on the glitch. Everything is working and functioning superbly. Their IT manager called today to make sure I was happy.
