As with anything computer related there were glitches. The technician arrived on time and performed the requested duties. When a networking glitch became complicated one of the owners rushed over to my office and in a matter of minutes they had the problem solved. They only charged me for time when things were going well but not for the time they spent on the glitch. Everything is working and functioning superbly. Their IT manager called today to make sure I was happy.
Description of Work: My prior experience with TrailsWeb was when I contracted with them to design my businesses website. I continue to get compliments on the ease of use and appearance regarding my website. This week I contacted them for technical support. Both computers in my office needed to be "cleaned" up, optimized and a small network had to be created so both computers could use the internet, fax/printer, and each other simultaneously.
