The work was completed in 2 days because a large crew was working on it. They began promptly at 6 each morning and put plastic covers on all areas that needed to be protected from the spray, including my car and my neighbor's cars. When they were finished, they cleaned up all debris, hosed down the courtyard and patio, and left the area cleaner than when they started. Steve, the Phoenix area brother, was out here throughout the job, checking on quality and progress and documenting everything. They replaced sections of base wood that had rotted due to leaks at no cost to me. They also sprayed the deck on the roof to make one continuous roof instead of it having joints at the base of the deck that could leak.  The prior roofer(s) had foamed over a built-in roof, which was on top of a layer of plywood with a gravel roof below that...highly illegal since there should not be more than 2 layers so extra demolition was involved.
This is a very professional company with excellent workers and caring owners/managers. I highly recommend them.

It actually went very well. We had two layers of shingles, he found one rotten board that he had to replace. I was expecting more of a mess, but they were very diligent in keeping all the shingles and debris picked up. I was very happy about that.

They came out for estimate and they were on time. They gave a great estimate. They showed up at 5:30am and completed it in a couple days. Excellent communication, owners were there to supervise the work. Highly recommended!
