Allen was very professional in his interactions with us. We called the evening before the service date and had no problem arranging a time for him to come to the house and re-key our locks. He answered the phone directly on the first try. The appointment time was at 10:30 a.m., however, we received a phone call from Allen about 10:40 saying he was caught up on another project and would be a bit late. He did not arrive until about an hour later, but we appreciated the phone call, letting us know. If it had been inconvenient for us to wait, we could have rescheduled, but it was not a problem. He completed his work in a professional manner and was very friendly. He charged us $50 for the first lock and $10 for each additional plus $3 per key.
