Nothing but problems from this Trainwreck of a business. Most recently had my bill jump up an additional $20 monthly above the already overpriced payments I was making with no warning or notification. Then on the phone for 20 minutes only to be told via an automated service "this department is closed. Call back later" and then *click*, hung up on. This is just one example of a laundry list of things Suddenlink has done over the last 15 years they've had their run of Flagstaff to screw us over, make mistakes, and generally be the worst possible example of a customer service business you can imagine. My bill has shown my payments as being in "Euros" for the past 11 months. This company, as a whole, is a gigantic rip off that only gets business because we have no other viable option in this town. Their monopoly allows them to f*ck over everyone with no regard even though they don't have their sh*t together in any way, shape, or form. Good luck if you're stuck with this greedy, useless, idiotic company. The ONLY thing they have going for them is that, yes: their internet is fast. Hooray.

Poor response from head office for repair.
Description of Work: Service went out for 2 1/2 days and they wouldn't or couldn't give me an estimated time of restore. Ask for supervisor and was told he would call me. No one called. Finally a tech was working on my neighbor's service and when he was done my service came up.

No immediate resolution as problem was regional. Two weeks later our speeds increased dramatically and we can now stream Netflix HD with zero issues. Almost always get 14+ Mb/sec.

I recently signed up with SuddenLink and although the service is not the same as it is Tucson with Comcast, I was not disappointed. The technicians were a bit unprofessional, but nothing significant. I purchased the highest speed internet and it appears to work for my needs. I do not have frequent outages, which is great. Overall I would recommend them for basic cable. If you want more channels and greater options, better to go with DISH or some other company in a rural area. Not great for TV on demand.

Suddenlink confirmed (twice) that they provided internet service to my address in Doney Park, They showed up twice and couldn't find the terminal for the cable. The third time, 3 trucks showed up and they still couldn't figure out what to do. I called the office again (5th or 6th time) and they finally realized that they only provided service to the east side of the street and had no plans to connect this side of the street. This cost me $90 (router) and several hours of my time. I didn't even get an apology.

.Since Suddenlink took over as Flagstaff's cable company, the cable service has been terrible and getting worse every day!!! I've had cable guys out to my house at least 6 to 7 times in the past 4 to 6 weeks and the problem is just getting worse! They were supposed to come out again yesterday morning (I took the morning off to be home) and they emailed me stating that they won't be here until between 1pm and 4pm. My mother was able to adjust her schedule to be here as I HAD to get back to work (I can't tell you how many times I've had to take time off to be home for Suddenlink!). Anyway, at 430pm they were not here and my mother called and they told her that they were running late and won't be here until 6pm. After 6pm we both called and they told us that they will be at my house by 730pm. At 745pm we called AGAIN, and they told us that they would be at the house no later than 845pm. By 930pm we called again (wondering how long I needed to stay up to wait for them!), and they told us that the appointment was scheduled for Tuesday between 2 and 4pm; and that we never had a service call scheduled for today!!! I'm so out-raged!!!!! They lied, they never called to cancel the appointment and they never informed us that they were coming the next day - and nobody could be here!!! If you're thinking about whether to choose Suddenlink or another service - GO WITH THE OTHER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My TV's are brand new, expensive flat-screen's that are all the same brand and I bought them at the same place at the same time. The cable guys (all of them) confirmed that it was not my TV's. At least of Suddenlink's own cable guys admitted that they do not have Suddenlink and have absolutely no intention of ever using their services. DO: INSIST ON GETTING ALL THE WIRING INSIDE AND OUT REPLACED - BY THEM AND REFUSE TO PAY FOR IT!DO: INSIST ON GETTING MONEY OFF YOUR BILL EVERY TIME THEY ARE LATE (I have a $20 credit for each time they have been late. Believe me - I won't be paying a bill for the month or two). DON'T SETTLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
