The man who showed up was very patient and kind. I was not feeling very well, and he treated me and my property kindly and with respect, even when I was having a hard time. It took a littler over a hour to do, including digging up the tank opening and putting it back. He was a tiny bit late, but I was late too so it turned out fine. He was utterly professional and very nice. I had to go scrounging for extra money for the fee and he didn't even complain. Thank you!
