At first my plan was to build a new home and after I had made the offer, my experience with the builder deterioriated. Annette Kershner, my agent, went back to the builder four times to try and make the deal work. I finally walked away from the purchase. I then chose to continue looking. Annette was always responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts. Together we found the town house that I am now purchasing and she has been on top of every detail. The housing market in my price range ($200K - $225K) is very thin in Flagstaff and properties turn over very quickly. You must have an agent that can stay abreast of the market and work with you when you find your treasure.
