Randy bid this project off of plans that were drawn by the owner of the property. Some electrical items were missing or not to code on the drawings, but Randy made sure that his bid included all items needed and that the work would meet local code.
RP rerouted the service to the new apartment and included a new service breaker box to service the new apartment. This portion of the
job was contracted directly with the property owner.
This job included rough-in wiring after framing was completed. His people are well versed in local electrical codes.
RP then returned toward the end of the project to finish the job including installation of all switches, outlets, lighting, smoke detectors, and other misc. finishing touches.

My experience with Randy, owner of RP Electric, was fantastic! I needed some simple electrical work done, a ceiling fan installed in a room that did not have one, dimmers added to several lights and light switches rewired and moved. He and his crew completed the job in less time than I imagined and the best part is that all work was done correctly and professionally! Sometimes here in Flag, it is difficult to find someone who you would hire again. I would love to have RP Electric come back if I need an electrician again. Highly recommend them. They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves and left me a very happy customer! I love my new fan and lights!

Casey arrived on time, diagnosed and corrected the problem within five minutes. It pays to have an obvious professional correct an electrical problem.

Within a day RP Electric returned my message regarding a need for a 30 amp electrical outlet. We scheduled a date at the end of July for the work to be completed. "Garcia" with RP showed up on time, and within a couple hours a complete 30 amp outlet was installed 20' from the breaker panel.

They were excellent. I really enjoyed the workers. They were willing to take into consideration some of the changes I wanted to make during the job. I would highly recommend them.

randy and his crew arrived right on time and began making the repairs from the home inspectors list. In one case to repair a series of open ground outlets one of the crew had to venture into an unventilated attic. The repairs had to be completed the following day and everything went as planned. They even found repairs needing attention the home inspector missed. I chose to have them repaired too. I thought the bill was going to be much higher since the estimate was written form the inspection and not on site.
