Added some scope during visit and ground rods took longer than expected but all work was completed. While the final cost was more than quote, it was a reasonable charge for the extra work.

We had trouble coordinating the schedule. They are an hour away so its bit of travel time for them.

I had the materials and they installed it. The work they did was really good. The scheduling and coordination was not so great. Also, most of it was arranged by phone they gave me one price at one point then anther they finally a third price once the work was done. Which was kind of in the range of the discussed price. 

They did a good job with the installation and they were pretty good about calling back. Some of these smaller companies, I left messages and didn't hear back for a week later. 

They kept saying we will be there and not show, I would call and they would say something came up. I would consider using them again.

Steve Rose  installed a light in my newly framed closet and fixed some faulty electrical outlets in my newly purchased home.  Steve is very prompt, professional, and friendly.  He doesn't overcharge me and is always thorough.  He cleans up after  himself and only does what I ask for but will go the extra mile if I need it.  I highly recommend him for all things electrical.  Last year, Steve Rose wired our Jacuzzi into our electrical box for us; he did a great job and for less than the competitors bid.  He even told us how to unhook it (we were renting) so that when we moved, we did that ourselves safely.  That's the kind of service I like!

Steve came out and gave us an estimate that we liked and scheduled our visit. He called us for updates on arrival times, which we appreciated. 
He installed the electrical all in one afternoon (we had dug the trench for the cable). We had originally wanted two fan boxes, but he only gave us one in the center of the workshed. We had also wanted an outside box, but he forgot to do it. He said he'd come back to install but he hasn't. We'll probably do that ourselves. 
Also, when he arrived, he drove through our back yard over our septic tank. When we asked him if he'd done that, he said no at first. When we pointed at the tire tracks he said, yes, and if we had any problems he had insurance.

Steve was on time. We decided at the first meeting that there was too much work for one day's work, so he did the priority work the first day and we put a list together for a day's work the following week or so. We added in a recessed lighting installation because I didn't know he did it, but wanted it. The only hiccup was a wire move that he busted his rear to move without disturbing the drywall but found out there was a z-brace. Ended up spending a couple more hours on labor and the drywall was disturbed. All in all, a very good experience and I would use again.

Great job.  Will use Mr. Rose again in the future when needed.

Steve and Steve showed up earlier than expected and got to work immediately.  Entire time at house about 3 hours.

They answered the phone straight away at 8:30 am, despite being under a machine at the time, and organized to come out latter in the day. When they knew they were going to be a little late they called straight away to let me know and organized to come 40 min later then the scheduled time. Steve was friendly and showed me the problems as he found them and discussed what he was going to do to fix them. He kept me informed of the cost and whether I could do some jobs cheaper myself. He spent around two hours at my house and worked hard to get things done quickly and properly. He was great with my dog and toddler, very happy with the service provided.

The Steve's were prompt and performed the work in a timely fashion.
Rose Electric provided a form that I reviewed and mailed to Angie's List.  I didn't know I would be asked to review in duplicate.
Also I received a billing of $12 on my American Express bill from Angie's List.  Is this charge made when a person uses one of the providers?
