Eric was very accommodating and prompt in his service. We were grateful for his professionalism. We had to cut short our access to the dumpster (not his fault - snow), and were not aware of his payment method ahead which is why I only gave 4 stars for the last question regarding money, but all in all, we were very happy with him.
