I got an additional car, for my son. On its trip to us from Texas it was found that the temperature knob wasn't functioning (it would turn but never engage the heat side). On its trip from the valley up to Flagstaff we had an issue with the hazard lights. I was again able to get the vehicle in quickly for work. They were able determine which parts needed to be replaced (blend door activator for the heater knob and the multi-function switch (blinker arm which also housed the hazard light function) within a couple of hours. They were able to find one part right away and had to order the other part, but was able to get that by the next day. I was very surprised by the quickness of availability of new parts since this is an older vehicle and that each part was less than $100. They had every thing completed before the end of the second day! They proved themselves again to me and I will continue to use their services.

This was my first visit to a garage since I moved here from Southern California. I was able to get an appointment day quickly and my van was ready within a few hours (several others were in line ahead of me). I felt the price was very good and everyone was very nice and prompt. The folks at Randy's were great to work with. My daughter goes to school in NAU and is new to Flagstaff. After having problems with the clutch on her 2005 Mustang we searched for reliable mechanic shops for her to take it to. I was fully prepared to hear that the clutch was out altogether and to fork over the $850 that the Ford dealership quoted us.
It turns out that the problem was much less extensive and expensive to take care of. I appreciate the folks at Randy's not taking advantage of the situation and dealing with us fairly and ethically.
