THIS SERVICE WAS UNDER A HOME WARRANTY CONTRACT. JIM DID NOT HAVE THE REPLACEMENT PART WITH HIM AND NEEDED TO COME BACK. I HAD A REPLACEMENT PART THAT I LET HIM USE WITH THE PROMISE THAT HE WOULD RETURN THE PART TO ME. I CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND STILL NEVER GOT THE PART BACK. JIM DOES NOT RETURN MESSAGES EITHER.
