 + -1 moreA total nightmare. After a few years of going ok things totally fell apart. They failed to collect the rent on on one property and never did issue an eviction notice, wouldn't contact the tenants and basically didn't do their job. The only maintenance guy they use is very expensive and I had to pay to fix most of his work again - things like not matching the paint on a drywall repair. P****** was a costly mistake for me and I wouldn't recommend them.

Description of Work: I have a property in Flagstaff managed by Pollock Properties Inc. I have been using them for five years now. The last time I had communication with them is this month. They charge ten percent of the rental fee per month.

 + -1 moreShe has always been ahead of the game. Anytime there is a lease renewal she lets us know so that we can get any inspections or repainting done. She if very proactive.
