amazing. Polaris Roofing is the absolute best. I met Justin in my neighborhood, and asked him if he was able to give me a quote for a metal roof on a spec house I am building. From the second he was on the job, he was courteous, professional, timely and offered solid communication. Plus Justin and his crew are just nice guys in general and fun to work with. I've dealt with many contractors over the years and the entire Polaris staff is easily the best i have ever worked with. Justin was on time for EVERY appointment we had. Their prices are great, the quality of their craftsmanship is absolutely top notch, and the customer service they provide is out of this world. If you need new metal roofing on your house, you cannot go wrong with Polaris.

Justin and his team at Polaris Restoration did a great job on my house (roof shingle replacement on 2/3 of our roof). They provided quick responses to requests for information, professional service, excellent work quality, and a clean job site. I especially appreciated that they handled all of the communication with our insurance company and all of the coordination with another contractor who was going to begin a separate project at our house just after Polaris finished their project. I'd recommend Polaris to anyone who asks.

Jason did a temporary repair to the roof prior to a severe rainstorm. They were able to do a permanent repair about 2 weeks later. There have no additional problems. The company is very busy, so it may take a day or two for a return call.

We were buying a rental property and we had a home inspection done. When the home inspection revealed that the roof needed repairs we contacted several contractors to give us an estimate. I'm not sure what happened to the other two and since its been a while I don't even remember the roofing companies I contacted but what I did remember was that Justin from Polaris Restoration and Roofing was awesome. Not only did he come out and personally check the roof promptly, he explained to us that because much of it was hail damage, it was covered by insurance and that was a great relief because we knew the seller was very reluctant to pay for anything. But Justin spoke with him and helped him with his claim and we got a brand new roof! Justin was very helpful with helping us choose the roofing material and making sure that everything was done properly. We live thousands of miles away and we were not going to be able to see the finished roof until after we closed on the property so Justin made sure that everything was taken care of. I highly recommend Polaris Restoration and Roofing and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Responded to call, was punctual and repaired defect without charge. At the time of his arrival there was a need to relight hot water heater and he helped with that problem.as well.

Very pleased with the quality of the work, the speed of the execution and the communication with Justin from start to finish. He takes pride in his work and his standard of service. When Justin came out to give an estimate, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and offered good suggestions. Once the work began, his crew worked very quickly and he kept me informed on the progress. My old roof was torn off and the new one installed in just a couple days. The only complaint I have is that a lot of nails were left behind in my front and back yard after the job was completed. After a heavy rain, many more washed into the rain gutters and down into my yard, so I was finding more roof nails around the house for weeks. Several old shingles were also scattered around the yard. Overall, I was happy with the new roof, but thought they would have cleaned up better after the job.

Justin was prompt in his responses, quick to get the work done, and inspected the work personally. He took the time to make sure that everything was done well. When seeing that many of the boards on the shallow area of the roof were warped from water damage he replaced the ones that were not able to be fixed, and nailed down the ones that were still in decent condition. This left some nails poking through the roof over the patio area, but since he was using a different method of roofing in this area it would not allow water through to the wood. He looked at this after the work was finished and apologized for the unsightlyness, but explained why it was important to nail down the wood and assured me that water would not leak through since he used a different type of roofing over the patio. I felt confident in his knowledge and professionalism.

Due to two extreme hail storms in Flagstaff, I had severe damage to my roof, per my insurance adjustor. I noticed three of my neighbors had the same damage and had used Polaris Restoration and Roofing for a new roof replacement so before contacting Polaris, I asked my neighbors about their experience with this company. All three homeowners had nothing but high praise for Polaris so I called and made an appointment with Justin Young. After Justin arrived, we discussed my concerns, what the adjuster said and what the insurance company was willing to pay. Justin assessed the damage, confirmed my need for a new roof and then assured me if he felt there were additional concerns, he would work with the adjuster and the insurance company. He would handle all the details for me. After all the insurance details were in place, all I needed was a date. I was appreciative Justin was honest that there were several other projects in front of mine and he would get to my roof as soon as possible. He kept me informed weekly as to my place in the queue. The long and the short of it is, my roof was replaced in a professional manner, his staff/employees were neat, tidy, and friendly and I could not be more pleased with the job. Call Polaris Restoration and Roofing for any home repairs, you will not be sorry.

Polaris was extremely professional, punctual and fast. I had no idea that a roof could be replaced in that time. Justin and his team were on the ball with everything. I referred any of my neighbors that didn't have a contractor in place, most of the neighborhood had to get a new roof, to their service.

Everything went exceptionally well. They removed the old roof, re-papered, installed an ice barrier and drip edge, and reshingled - all in one day. I watched the whole process. Excellent workmanship. Good attention to detail. Very clean.
The ridge shingles had been installed against the wind (the installers had no way of knowing this) and a few had come loose during a recent wind storm. Justin temporarily glued down the loose shingles and then replaced the ridge with new shingles in the opposite direction at no cost within a few weeks.
I liked working with Justin. Very easy to talk to. Very informative. He answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction.
Shingles have a 30-year warranty from the manufacturer, and Justin personally guarantees the roof against leaks for 6 years.

It was a pleasure doing business with Polaris Restoration. They are very professional, punctual and do very good work. I received the estimate and decided to have Polaris replace my roof. They started the job approximately a week later. Justin was excellent at explaining the whole process from start to finish. He returned all of my phone calls promptly. His crew showed up on time and completed the job in 2 days. They cleaned up very well after themselves once the job was completed. I would highly recommend Polaris Restoration.

Justin Young at Polaris Restoration, INC did an excellent job supervising and installing our new roof and skylights after recent hail damage. He and his crew did a complete tear off and installation of the rather large roof in a mere two days. Justin was always professional, courteous and patient even through delays in payments from the mortgage company.
