Fast and easy. John is a friendly, easy-going guy who took a bit of time to educate me so I wouldn't freeze my hose bib in the future.

My main sewer line was continually backing-up or draining slow. John organized all the blue stake requirements in an efficient manner, had a worker dig to uncover the main line, found the probelm, which was old pipe that had rotted away, replaced the line with better quality pipe and installed a second access to the main line to facilitate future maintenance. Fast, efficient fair.

John Olguin is the best plumber that I have used. I spent around $65 on the job. I feel like I can trust him. His price is reasonable as well. He is a one-man operation. Once I had domestic hot water supply issue at the hotel and he spent all night working on it. If it is a job I can get done in leisure, I would call John first. I will continue to use his services in the future.
