They should've made their "policy" more apparent, and they should have left me a message to call them back!! I have never recieved such terrible customer service in my life, and I have no idea how this place stays in business talking and treating their customers like that. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE!!!!!
Description of Work: I ordered flowers online to be delivered on a Friday to my sick Mother-in-law who lives out of state. They called me on Saturday afternoon to make sure someone would be home. I was working and couldn't answer my phone. I didn't recognize the number, nor did they leave me a message, so I never thought about the missed call. Apparantly their policy is they won't deliver anything unless they get a verbal confirmation that someone is home, which I wasn't aware of. I called on Monday to see what was going on, and the lady I spoke to was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! I have never been talked to and treated that way as a paying customer. When she FINALLY got her flowers they were nothing like what I ordered from the picture online. I paid for the extra large boquet, and they were the dinkest arrangement I have ever seen!!! I was embarrassed to have those come from me!!! They looked very cheap!!!
