Patrick was awesome! He assembled a hospital bed, hung two sets of blinds, installed towel bars in about 4 hours. He is polite, trustworthy and hard working.

Patrick is an excellent carpenter and painter. He painted our kitchen cabinets and they came out great. He also did an nice job modifying our deck. He cut in s new entrance so our dogs can access their kennel and also installed a new gate. All quality work. Because of the nice job he did on our deck we are having him rebuild or front stairs and landing. Patrick is courteous, professional, and is very neat and never leaves a mess. From talking with him I get the impression he is skilled in more than carpentry and painting so he will be the first call I make on my next project.

Patrick is doing a terrific job and has worked with and advised me as how best to proceed with the project (rebuilding a portion of my barn and how to perform the work for the most reasonable price. Although we have yet to add the final touch (hanging a piece of gutter), I did not want more time to pass before recommending Patrick and Madison Handyman to anyone in need of help with home repairs and projects.

Patrick is just simply wonderful. He's personable, very efficient and does a remarkable job! I had several issues with contractors I hired with painting and baseboards. Although I had been promised that certain work would be accomplished, it never was. Not only was the work not completed in the manner I was told it would be, the work that was done, was shoddy, at best. A neighbor helped me complete the baseboards and it required several hours. Patrick has done a wonderful job in replacing the drywall that the painters tore out when they ripped down my drapery rods. The painters had covered up the holes the made in the drywall with tape and textured and painted over the tape. Obviously, this quick fix could not support new drapery rods!!! Patrick is a complete godsend. I plan on employing him to complete my renovation. Excellent work!!!

Madison Construction is by far the BEST contractor I have ever worked with. Pat and Terry are truly experienced professional builders and re-modelers as well as artisans. The trades and crew members they used on our extensive re-modeling were also very impressive and professional. The key to Madison's success is their attention to detail, project planning and honesty. They worked continually with us on project planning, changes and suggestions for improvements. They also worked with the city and completed all of the necessary paperwork and drawings for permits and inspections. Madison Construction is by far the best! Excellent

Madison Construction is probably the most honest construction company that I have ever delt with. This reflects the personality of Pat, the owner, who is prompt, detailed, and personable. This contract resulted in a retaining wall, 11 feet high, almost 100 feet long. The area was backfilled with dirt. The wall was finished with stucco to match the house and a wraught iron fence. (excuse the spelling mistakes) This job was a test of Madison Construction, as a result of passing the test with such high praise, we have contracted Madison to construct a major addition to our house.

Responsive (found our discontinued tile without me asking). Expectations clear (detailed scope of work complete with specific end date). In summary, pleased with overall professional project management. I hope Patrick's schedule allows for future work.
