He started the frame and posts - they are not level. He showed up on the Monday before Thanksgiving and has not been back since. We've sent emails and made calls to both cell numbers - no answer. We paid him for all the materials that are needed for our deck plus a labor fee. All we have is a frame. Do not use this guy. He goes by Mac England, Allan England and MacNeil Mills
