Last week part of our roof blew off in the wind.  We called Little's Custom Roofing and Olin arrived within an hour.  We received an estimate the same day.  Originally we thought he wouldn't be able to get to us for several weeks but he fit us in.  Our roof looks beautiful!  Outstanding job!  The workers couldn't be nicer.  They worked hard, it was hot and other than the noise of putting on a roof, you wouldn't know they were even there.  They cleaned up everything and we couldn't be happier.  Olin is a very professional roofer.  We would highly recommend Little's.  Perfect!

Olin promptly answered my call at 7 AM and was out to give me an estimate a little before 8 AM. Although busy with another job, he came back out later that afternoon and repaired the damage. When I asked about the shape of the roof in general, he said he had walked the entire length and saw no problems--said the roof (which is 12 years old) should be good for another 8 yrs.

Olin did a good job at a very reasonable rate. The metal roofing materials he used are from a good company and we are very pleased with the roof and I think it will last a long time.  They took time to paint everything else on the roof to match so it really looks sharp. There were some unexpected problems they ran into and they did a very nice job of explaining and repairing, so I feel like our roof and the decking beneath it is in much better shape.  My only suggestion to prospective customers: the company is very low key about communication, so a couple of times we were expecting them and had changed our personal plans or did extra work (like shoveling the entire roof) and only found that they would be delayed by a week or more on the expected arrival day. If scheduling is an issue to you I would suggest calling them a few days before to confirm that they have not been delayed.

They quoted the best price, were professional and although they had to push back the start date, when they did finally start they were quick, professional and had the job done in 3 days. We couldn't be happier with the results. They also cleaned up well after the job was done.

No problems, no leaks. Good overall value.

All areas other than the skylight were done well. The skylight continued to leak and Littel was non responsive to calls to come and fix it. I ultimately hired another perosn to seal the skylight.  I fekt I got the run around once the bill was paid.

I started to have a water stain in the ceiling in one of the rooms of my house. I called a couple of places and was not treated well, but then I called Mr. Olin Little and he was very nice, professional, and within an hour he came to my house to check out the issue. It was a rainy day and he promptly got on the roof after seeing where the stain was located and found the problem right away. He found a vent in my roof had dry and cracked sealant around. He said he would just patch it up with some substance that looked like black tar. He did so in a second. I then asked him to please look over my entire roof to let me know if it was ok, since we had a hail storm a few months back. He did just that, checked out my sky lights and everything. We was done in less then 20 minutes and when I asked how much I owed him he said to not worry about it, because it was just a small thing to seal that vent. I was surprised. My experience with such repairs is that I always have to pay a lot, but here I was treated well, the problem was solved, no water filtration has appeared again (even with the heavy snow) and the problem was solved. If I ever need any roofing services I will call LCR, no doubt.

Olin Little is the owner of this company and was very pleasant and professional.  He really put us at ease with the whole experience because we didn't know which roofer to pick.  He was highly recommended to us by a local hardware company and another customer, so we had him come over for an estimate.  He was easy to talk to and has several years of roofing experience in Northern Arizona, so he was able to answer all our questions easily.  He and his crew showed all showed up on the assigned date and got right to work.  There was no standing around smoking, etc.  These guys worked right through the very hot day and knew exactly what to do.  They were all happy and joking with each other and were obviously a very in-sync team!  We needed to go into town for a few hours and when we got back, I was amazed by the fact that they were finishing the roof!  They did it in one day and it looks great!  Olin has a good warranty for labor, and the shingles are warrantied for 30 years!  It was pain-free and I'd have him and his crew back in a New York second!!  I also thought his price was very fair!

It's hard to be able to know who you can trust to do a roofing project here and I'm convinced we got the best!  Olin seems to know what customers want and is sensitive to their concerns.  I haven't found one nail yet from the project.  He loads everything up on his trailer and carts it away.  I have plants and bird feeders all around my house, and not one leaf was disturbed.

Olin Little is very professional and responsive to work with - returns phone calls promptly, is reliable and timely.  His crew is very polite and does excellent work.  They left my property clean and looking great.  Due to monsoon rains, they got started on a Friday instead of a Monday, but still finished in less than three days, which was the projected timetable.

Olin was one of many roofers called for an estimate. He was on time, polite, just down to business which is appreciated. Olin got the job done in the time he said he would and he did a great job.

It was excellent. He and his crew arrived on time, cleaned up well, and followed through on their promises. It was a fabulous experience. We contacted six roofers, and he was the only one to provide a hand-written quote.

We discovered our 120+yr. old cabin was is dire need of a new roof. We got a couple of quotes from roofers listed on Angie's and we're most satisfied with Olin's quote and ability to do the job. Since the location of the cabin is off the grid, we needed someone with a generator and trailers that could get all the supplies out there to get the job done. Although Olin was a little late at our first meeting, he let us know when he could complete the job and did so.

Mr. Little, the company owner, was the only roofer(out of 4-5 called)who answered immediately. He came to our house the same day of the call for a free estimate. He showed up on-time and explained different options. Once parts were in a few days later, he returned with two employees, who did an excellent job. They cleaned our chimney for us and cleaned up well after their work. My only complaint was that the cost was approximately $200 over the cost of the estimate, due to more extensive damage than originally thought. This was explained well by Mr. Little before we agreed to the additional cost.

I called Olin Little after calling several other roofing companies for estimates. He came out promptly exactly when he said he would (to the minute!). He assessed the condition of the roof, took measurements and gave us an estimate to re-roof our home. He also provided copies of insurance and addresses where we could look at some of the projects he had done. He was very professional and easy to ask questions. After looking at one of his projects we called him to sign a contract. He said that he would be able to start our home within two weeks if the weather was good and be able to finish in two days. He started a couple of days early and finished within two days. We were very impressed with the qualify of his work and how well his crew performed and cleaned up after themselves. No nails on the ground, no other trash. It was like our house had never been under construction. We would not hesitate to recommend him or have him work on our home again. We are very pleased with the results and feel confident that the work was top quality.
