Kelly & Lita's Pet Sitting

We made an appointment for her to come and 'meet' my cats about a week before, to see where everything is located, and our typical process.  She asked a lot of questions about the cats habits and preferences.  Our 3 cats are very different; one is up for anything and not shy around new people, one is more cautious around new people (may watch them from across the room or behind the chair), and one that is very shy and hides when anyone comes over to visit (even if they have been here before).  After I showed her around, I was filling out paper work and she got 2 of the cats to play with her (the other was hiding within minutes of her arrival and didn't come out until she left).
She doesn't just come in and do what is required (feed them and scoop the litter boxes) and leave.  She also engages them and plays with them for a time!  The first day she sent me texts about everything being fine and my cautious cat being friendly and wanting to play.  She then also sent me pictures of them interacting with her, and the biggest shocker of all was that my shy cat came out of hiding and actually allowed her to approach and he sniffed her hands on the first day!  I was very impressed with her ability to make connections with all of the cats and she did an excellent job.  I will use her services every time I need to travel and will never have to worry about their well being and happiness.

Kelly is wonderful to work with! Both my husband and I have jobs that may call us out of town on a moments notice (literally 2 hours to be on the road or on a plane somewhere). As such, Kelly came to my house and we set up an "on-call as needed arrangement". She spent a whole hour with me going over what the normal animal care routine was and making sure she had all the information documented for my vet, and emergency contact info. Several weeks after there was an unexpected family medical emergency that called me out of town, and sure enough my husband had been called out of town on work. I called Kelly and she was immediately able to step in with my pet care needs. It was so reassuring to know there was someone reliable I could trust. While I was away there was apparently a huge rain/hail storm in town. Kelly made an extra check on the animals and the house "just to make sure everything was OK". The great service she provided gave me the piece of mind to not worry about my animals and to focus on getting my family through their medical crisis. This was the first time I had used Kelly's services and she will most definitely be my "go-to" provider from now on.

Wonderful. I had to go out of town for work and Kelly did a great job of sending me picture of the cats when she came for her visits. It was a small added touch, but one that really was nice. A picture is worth a thousand words and it was so nice to see the cats doing their normal daily routine. It gave me an added piece of mind. This was the second time I have used Kelly for my pet sitting needs and will most definitely keep using her services.

Unbelievably wonderful service. Kelly and Lita provided loving care to my dogs, helped in problem-solving their mood problems, cuddled them on visits and gave wonderful care. If I asked them to do something on their visit, it was done every visit from there in. Never forgot a request!

Our dog has never interacted with other house/petsitters. But she loves Kelly! She is eager to see her and be walked or just held (after all she's a lap dog). We really hate leaving her but we cannot take her everywhere we travel and we've not had consistency with people staying in the house. We're now able to travel with peace of mind.
Kelly texts when she's here and sends pictures of the pets (very content pets--I'm not sure they miss us).
It is such a relief to finally have someone whom we trust who communicates with us.
She's now the first person I call when I want to plan a trip!

After a few very disappointing experiences trying to find a reliable pet/house-sitter for our home in Flagstaff, I am already super impressed by Kelly's service. Kelly met with us for a no-charge consultation at our home and was punctual on her first visit. We spent that time discussing our needs and what has gone wrong for us with past providers and she assured us that all would be well and offered references for us to check and information on the insurance that covers her liability. So far she has performed house-check services for us twice, and in that time, has confirmed with us that she's been at the house and made sure to call if there were any questions regarding the mail forwarding. Everything has been handled exactly as we requested. She even contacted us once (without being asked to do so) about excessive snow to inquire if we'd like our driveway and sidewalk cleared. It is clear that we are working with a conscientious professional who takes her work very seriously. We are so glad we found her!
