JIFFY LUBE

When I arrived a service tech met me at my car. I told him I would like an oil change. He asked me to leave the keys in the car and follow him inside to the waiting area. There was another car already being serviced in front of mine so I was told it would be about a 20 minute wait before my car. About 20 minutes later the service tech called me to the desk to go over what services they recommended. I only wanted the oil changed so the tech printed out the quote and had me sign it. He said it would take 10 minutes. 10 minutes later my car was pulled to the front of the store and I was asked to complete the payment process at the desk. In total from the time I arrived to driving away was 30 minutes. This was the third time getting this car serviced at the Woodlands Village Jiffy Lube in Flagstaff all of which have been satisfactory experiences. They will try and up sell their products and services which is common in all these quick service centers. It helps to know the service history of your vehicle prior to getting any work performed. Prices seem to be in line with comparable stores in Flagstaff. I did have a discount coupon I received in the mail which reduced the price of the oil change from $45.99 to $28.99. I will probably only go there with a coupon in the future.

My fiancand eacute; and I have two cars and I recently took my car to get the oil changed here. I did not have a bad experience but it was very average. The people were professional and they changed my oil quick but we recently got our other car's oil changed somewhere else and had a great experience so this one was just okay in comparison. I would recommend them to people who prefer a name brand and would use them again.
