Excellent work. Many thanks to Jim and Juaquin for responding quickly on a Saturday. Replaced glass in two double pane windows. I was relieved to have the glass replaced so I did not have to board up the windows. Professional service at a very reasonable price.

The person who answered the telephone couldn't seem to understand exactly what I wanted and spoke in technical glass terms that I didn't know. It would have been easier on both of us if I had just driven to the store, looked at samples, then placed the order. I was told the order would be ready in 5 days and when I went to the store after 6 days I was informed the glass order hadn't arrived and wouldn't until the following Monday. I was then educated on glass thicknesses and edging options. The order was completed as promised.
