Very Poorly. I sign the contract to start the job in June of 2014 and they finally finished in December of 2015. told them that my mother would be visiting in August and the job needed to be completed by then. The failed to meet that deadline. Part of the reason for this was they failed to inform us that our tile was backordered. If they had told us that our tile was going to be backordered we would have changed tile. The calking around the tub looks like an amateur did the job instead of a professional. They continually pulled the tile installer off the job so he would have to break down his equipment and reset back up when he returned.

They were unfailingly polite and professional, extremely efficient, always on time, prompt with their estimates and activities. They did everything they said they would, when they said they would. Their costs were quite reasonable, and lower than other local estimates. They made a difficult and long-delayed project much easier for us. We could not be happier with our interaction with Floor Coverings International.

Their professionalism was way above what they needed to do to complete the job. The price was within normal range. Everything was good.
