Everyone was on time, knowledgeable and exceptional from sales representative, Tom, to the scheduling and installation. Installers were clean and did a great job of putting everything back in order. I would definitely use them again. Love the fact they are a one-stop-shop. Installers are not subs but employees. There is a comfort level there with guarantee of product and installation.

We were originally planning to order carpet directly from Dalton, GA, and have FCI in Flagstaff install it in our Sedona home, but Tom offered us a competitive price for both. We really like their business philosophy: very customer focused, with well-trained employees, and installation people who are employees rather than subcontractors hired at the lowest possible price. We ended up also getting a lot of tile floor and installation from them. The tile and carpet crews did excellent work, and the manager worked with us to meet our scheduling needs. A great experience...we recommend them!
