I was a bit concerned at first because they did not have a record of the appointment I had made. They did fit me in, however, even though they seemed a bit busy. This is probably why it took a little longer than I had expected. I was still out of there in about 75 minutes when the intake clerks initial estimate was 90. Everyone was friendly, the facilities were clean, and it's nice to have a lounge (with complimentary coffee & snacks to boot!) to hang out in while you wait for your car to be serviced.

Had an initial bad experience with a sales manager here who I felt promised to deliver a certain color and make of a car, took my deposit money, and then failed to come up with the car. I was angry. I felt I was deceived.
However, the sales manager apologized, promptly returned my deposit, and then contacted me when a car I DID want showed up on his lot. He went out of his way to try to make it up to me, by working cooperatively with me, delivering the car 250 miles to my home, and, most importantly, offering a good discount on the price.
I am now very happy with the car, and I WOULD do business again with Findlay Honda; I will just be a little more cautious in the future with any car dealer, when I think that promises are being made....
