Elsa's Cleaning Service

Used this service for a year with mixed results. Always arrived on time but the actual service was not the best. They skipped a lot and it was far too easy to walk into any room and find multiple items that had been done poorly or not at all. Was not responsive to my requests for improvement so had to let them go. If I was going to have my house cleaned this way, I wouldn't need to hire someone.

They did climb up and do high areas above cupboards as I asked. The kitchen and bathrooms looked good. They missed a lot of dusting though.

I have used 2 other cleaning services and would have given them a B grade as well.
This is Flagstaff and it is rare to find an A rated service company up here.

They are meticulous and clean it all the way through. 

We chose Elsa's Cleaning Service just through word of mouth. It's weekly and we just have them go through the whole house. They're always on time. They're neat and polite and extremely trustworthy.

Elsa's Cleaning Service, has cleaned my home weekly since 7/15/10.  I requested the same crew each week, and Elsa's always fulfilled my request.  I have cats and dogs and want to be sure that the crew is not afraid, allergic and cares about my pets.  My cats and dogs enjoy it when the crew arrives.

Elsa's crew is prompt, polite, honest, hard working, proud that they do a good job, and my house shines when they have completed the weekly work at my home.

I would recommend Elsa's Cleaning Service.  The management and crew are A+.  

I have been using this company for almost 4 years. At times, some of Jim's employees have been less than throuough with missing areas of vaccuuming, floor cleaning - however, whenever I have called, Jim has been very responsive and has returned within that day or the next to complete any service. Jim usually oversees the work in my house and I have found that his crew cleans well for the price and is always on time and on schedule. The service has improved especially in the last six months - Jim has reported that he has been able to keep a consistent crew which has greatly improved the consistency of the work.

The team was friendly but very unprofessional in appearance. They seemed excited that my house was not too dirty as this was their last appointment of the day. They treated it as their last appointment of the day: rushed. The tops of everything were wiped and dusted. Chair legs, table legs, sides of dressers and drawer fronts were not touched. I had been asked if I had a particular area I wanted focused on and I indicated the tile kitchen floor. It was vacuumed but large areas had not been mopped and where it had been mopped there were streaks making it look worse than it before. The light fixtures and fans were not cleaned at all. When I contacted Jim, the manager, and told him that while the baseboards looked good there had been several things that were missed, his response was,"Well, I wasn't there" which I already knew because I was there. He told me he would talk to the team leader and I have not heard back yet, this was about 2 months ago.
