Mitch and the Eco-pro team were fantastic.  After staining the fence, there were parts that could be noticeably visible, where the pressure washer had been used incorrectly--resulting in a back and forth lines being visible.  Mitch was incredibly apologetic and returned with the team member who had performed the pressure washing, using it as an opportunity to show the team member the correct technique, while correcting the issue.  Mitch's team then came out and re-stained the entire fence.  We were charged the originally quoted price (not a penny more), and Mitch was continually apologetic about the situation and the delays it caused in the project being finished.  Rest assured, we'll be employing Mitch and team for any future painting needs (exterior or interior).
