They are very honest and fast workers. Their pricing is good too. Tire change is free.

They are fast and efficient. I think their prices are only so-so, and their sales people are unethical. I think Sam's Club is cheaper overall, and more honest.
Comparing the two, the tires are about the same price, but the add-ons (insurance certificates) are considerably higher at Discount Tire. What irritates me the most is that Discount Tire will often not tell you about the add-ons. I think this varies by sales person. At worst, they will barely mention the word "certificate", and unless you think to ask them for more details, they will simply add it to your bill, which means you may not see them until a day or two later.
I think this unethical. Every customers should be told by every sales person what is on their bill and given an clear opportunity to remove items before they are charged.
(Sam's Club, who also put tires on another of my cars last week, gave me a printout statement listing all costs on four different tires for me to review before making my decision -- I thought that was great!)

Much to my dismay, I had a flat tire, and hadn't noticed till I was at my destination. I took my car over to the Discount Tire on Milton, and was ready to shell out some major cash for a new tire, thinking that was what was needed. The folks at Discount Tire were prompt and professional, and helped me get my flat fixed quick (under an hour), even when there were loads of other people there as well. The best part was that they did it all for free. :) I've bought tires from there before as well, and that was also a great experience.

My overall experience with this store has been excellent over the years. They are prompt and professional.

The visit went well, staff was friendly, only once did a sales person try to encourage me to buy something unnecessary.
