House Cleaning
I hired Damsel Cleaning to complete a "move out" clean of my home after I moved out and before a renter moved in. Her estimate included "a 65 point checklist" cleaning the carpets, fridge and freezer. I specifically pointed out the floorboards, cupboards and laundry room that needed specific attention.
Photos forwarded to me by the renter indicated that the cleaning was inadequate. The condo was still filthy. I'm not sure what the cleaner spent her time doing, but the floors, floorboards, cupboards and laundry room look like they were left untouched.
