Description of Work: Eli did inspection and explanation, Eli met to begin and end repair work, Aaron performed the work. 1. Excellent professional demeanor: from arriving 10 minutes early, getting everything ready, and knocking on my door at the EXACT time scheduled to cleaning up flawlessly, including in the evening in between work days. 2. Cost-effective: automatically incorporated government rebates in work estimate, stating clearly what I would pay, what would be reimbursed, what my balance would be, and most importantly--filing the paperwork for me! 3. Found good things to improve in my house in addition to the typical doors and windows. Demonstrated with numbers the improvement from before to after. 4. Easy to work with, even when the initial inspection/audit had to be rescheduled twice (once for me, once because the inspector had a family emergency). Communication in both cases was excellent.
