About us

We are a family owned and operated dog and cat boarding facility. Owners live onsite. Our facility consists of indoor/outdoor dens and we are members of the International Boarding and Pet Services Association. Our entire staff is independently certified. We have the only boarding facility with tiled floors, infloor heating and don't charge for every little thing (ie. treats, food, bedding, playtimes, holiday/weekend premiums).

Ceidleigh loves going to daycare and gets super excited when we tell her it's time to go. We absolutely love the staff at Cinder Hills and we know they treat our furry child with lots of love and care. We love that this is a family-owned business and that all the staff members have training in pet CPR (among other things). One of our favorite things about Cinder Hills is all the photo updates. Each day, they post a series of photos (and sometimes videos) on Facebook showing the dogs at day camp. We love logging on and seeing pictures of our furry girl having a blast! I included a few pictures of our girl playing at Cinder Hills!

They charge per dog but if you have two it's cheaper. They respond to your questions and take good care of the dogs.

Our dog hates being left behind, but she loves it when she sees we're going to Cinder Hills. They take excellent care of our dog, and we can even see the occasional picture of our dog on Facebook! They've been in business for years, and the people there are fantastic.
