House Cleaning
The work was fine, but twice they didn't show up and didn't contact me. I had to call them to reschedule. Three weeks ago they didn't show up and although I left three messages, I got no call back. I finally tried the cell phone; she answered but after I identified myself, she kept repeating hello and finally hung up. When I called again, I got no answer. I waited for the next date they were due to clean and they did not show up again. I can only conclude that they quit me but didn't want to tell me.
