house cleaning
 + -1 moreThe work was fine, but twice they didn't show up and didn't contact me. I had to call them to reschedule. Three weeks ago they didn't show up and although I left three messages, I got no call back. I finally tried the cell phone; she answered but after I identified myself, she kept repeating hello and finally hung up. When I called again, I got no answer. I waited for the next date they were due to clean and they did not show up again. I can only conclude that they quit me but didn't want to tell me.
Description of Work: Every two weeks for the last two and a half years, two or more women came to clean my house. This included cleaning the toilets, the shower/bathtubs, bathroom sinks and tile floors, vacuuming the carpets and throw rugs (carpets recently replaced with wood floors),sweeping kitchen floor and cleaning counters and sinks, dusting throughout the house. It did not include windows, making the beds, laundry or dishes (routinely the dishes were done and put away; occasionally a couple dishes might be in the sink and they washed those dishes). It did include sweeping the laundry room, but it did not include cleaning the litter boxes which are in that room.
