BABBITT FORD LINCOLN MERCURY

They kept my truck for three days without even looking at it even though I had waited a week for an appointment. I took the truck back without having it repaired. I'll take it someplace else.

Great people. Service was done in a timely manor. Prices a little high . Had a rental car through enterprise here in flag. They on the other hand are horrible to work with. Very unprofessional and not very well trained on their rental cars. I would never rent from them on my own. Babbitt ford is great though

Their service department is fantastic.

They are very good. Recently I was having a problem with my diesel truck and called them up thinking it was a major problem and wanted to know what it would cost. They said before they would consider what I was talking about they would definitely want to see it and diagnose it because it could be much simpler than that and it actually turned out to be simpler than that. They have done that before and that's why I like them. The one I see the most is service and those are the ones that I am most impressed with. Once I go in they know who I am and it is not like walking in the street and they don't have a clue of who I am. I like to be recognized and know why I am there and take care of my problem. They do a very good job. The communication is very good. They don't do anything unless they call and tell me what they have found and what my alternatives are. The price is reasonable for what they do. The punctuality is exceptional.
