This company does an excellent job and really knows fine Persian rugs. They will pick up and deliver. They are located in Flagstaff. I did not find anyone on your list who specializes in Persian rugs. I have used this company before with excellent results. They also replace fringes. My rugs came back clean and beautiful. I was also able to get new rug pads from them.
