Great job, the contractor sanded all the wood that was peeling and replaced some wood trim around the windows. He then primed the home with a high end primer, and then painted the exterior. Nice guy, and his crew was respectful of our tenants and their personal property. His bid was 1200 less than another locally advertised paint contractor and his scope of work was actually more than the other, for less money.
