 + -1 moreOther alarm companies send a signal to the phone periodically to make sure it is working. If it is not, they notify you. This company did not do this at all because as I said our phone was no longer connected but they kept billing me. I called them to tell them what was happening and they did not refund me anything at all. They were either knowingly taking money without providing a service or they have horrible quality controls. Either way, I would find another company.
Description of Work: Aegis continued to deduct money from my checking account after my phone was disconnected and after I sold my home. The service was cancelled and they stopped sending me bills. However, they continued to deduct money and they even raised the price of monitoring service but were not even monitoring my house.
