Home Security System Service
Other alarm companies send a signal to the phone periodically to make sure it is working. If it is not, they notify you. This company did not do this at all because as I said our phone was no longer connected but they kept billing me. I called them to tell them what was happening and they did not refund me anything at all. They were either knowingly taking money without providing a service or they have horrible quality controls. Either way, I would find another company.
