I called on a Saturday evening because my heater wasn't working. Call was answered after just two rings. I explained the problem I was having and they were able to talk me through the fix, without making me feel like an idiot for not realizing that all I needed to do was put the cover back on the heater after I relit the pilot. Very helpful and friendly.

My heater broke on a Friday, in the middle of a big snow storm. Leroy came out immediately, fixed my heater, and charged me a very reasonable amount. ABC Heating is excellent. I will use them again and tell all my friends about their fine work.

Leroy came to my home, exactly when he said he would be there, found the problem after being very thorough and he fixed it. I couldn't ask for more! I was so happy to have heat and to actually find somebody in Flagstaff that is reliable. He did a great job, his prices are reasonable and I am warm again.
