If you are in need of a complete, comprehensive, and honest home inspection you are in the right place! My name is Kyle Wilcox. I have 25 years experience as an Arizona licensed contractor. I have a solid reputation for providing exceptional customer service. I always achieve 100% customer satisfaction with the work I perform, and the services I provide. I am now using my skills, education, and experience to provide Arizona homeowners with the peace of mind they deserve when purchasing or selling a home. You will be provided with a comprehensive report of the home's condition and the materials and systems used to construct the home. In addition I will explain the operation and maintenance requirements for all the systems in the home including pools, spas, and irrigation systems. I am a certified professional home inspector licensed by the Arizona State Board of Technical Registration # 60004. I truly appreciate the opportunity to assist you with your home inspection needs.

I used this company in regards to a purchase for a condo. Kyle Wilcox was extremely thorough in his report very professional and was most anxious to answer all of my questions. As a first time buyer in the state of Arizona I had several. He more than answered any of my questions was very detailed in reviewing with me the importance of any hazardous mechanical areas he felt I should be concerned with. Kyle was able to schedule my home inspection the same week I called. He was on time and very curtious. His inspection was extremely thorough. Once he completed, he walked us through each and every thing he looked at, pointing out every flaw and everything we needed to keep an eye on. Later the same day, I received the entire 44 page report- photos and all! I cannot explain how comforting it is to have so much knowledge of a home I am purchasing, especially considering it was built in the 50's. I am now reassured on its structure and condition, and able to fix things I never would have noticed!
