+ -1 moreHe advises you on things that will benefit you and is very considerate. He’s marvelous. He is very prompt; he has a lot of common sense and willing to negotiate prices for you. I mentioned things like should you come once a week or twice a week or what and he explained why he should come twice a month at first and then after that only once a month. I’ve never seen a guy this ambitious, hardworking, and prompt in my life.
Description of Work: He’s really a one man gang. He brings in a crew only when he needs it. He understands the human element of “yard cleaning.” He does a really nice job on pruning and cutting back plants. He’s going to put down “no-sun” grass for us. After he was all done with everything he moved his truck and large garbage bin and still had to go to the dump and clean all of his equipment but he still went out and cleaned the whole side of our street. I’ve never seen people do that, they usually want to do what they “have” to do, get paid, and leave and that was not the case at all with him.
