Great would hire again

Bill was on time, reprogrammed my front door, garage door and rekeyed 7 locks. I feel safe going to bed tonight. I would recommend using this service and if I ever need a rekey I know who I’ll be calling.

Bill was very nice to work with. He explained everything he was doing and answered my questions and got my locks working correctly.

Replaced 6 exterior locks on a newly acquired dwelling plus provided extra keys and tightened door to frame that was starting to sag, all for $145.37. Friendly, professional, prompt. Would definitely use again.

We had a very good experience with KwikPick Lock and Safe. My Mother's house is for sale and is empty right now, and when we went over to check on it, we found the realtor's lock box with the house key in it had been stolen. It was pretty late in the evening by the time we got done talking to the police, but we needed to get the house re-keyed that night before we could go home, in case the thieves managed to open the lock box and get the key to the house. It was 10:30 pm when we called Kwikpick, but Bill came out and re-keyed 9 lock cylinders and replaced one door handle. He was very friendly and helpful, and it took him way less time to get there than it took the police. He was there until 12:30 am, but it did not seem like he charged us any extra for being outside normal business hours. He was there for us when the locksmith company that we had used before, which was supposedly a 24 hour service, did not answer their phone. We will call him again when we need locksmith work.

I used KwikPick Lock and Safe about a month ago when I locked myself out of my house. I called Bill and even though he was on another job on the other side of town, he came over and got me back in my house. He tried to salvage my lock after drilling it to save me money but in the end, I bought a new deadbolt and he installed it. And just because he’s nice guy who believes in great customer service, he installed a lock box for me outside to keep a spare key. Anyway, if you’re looking for someone who believes in good customer service, call Bill.

I had the best experience with Kwikpick Lock and Safe. Bill was on time, worked quickly and even took the time to explain a few things to me, which he didn't have to do. He even saved some old parts for me and showed me how to use them in the future. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to finally have new hardware on two doors that use the same key!!! He also cleaned the hardware on my front door and my goodness was it nasty . It works like brand new now too.

On a side note: I really appreciated that he made an effort to connect with my lab, who was a tad nervous about his arrival. By the end of his install she was dropping the ball at his feet and ready to play with her new friend.
