Excellent workmanship. New room was finished on schedule with no hiccups during construction. Very professional and polite workers. Owner called every evening to review work to completed the next day and their schedule. Stucco, roof tile and paint all match existing very well. No unexpected cost adders. We would definitely use Grand Building and Remodeling in the future.
