+ -1 moreWe have owned homes for nearly fifty years, and so have had many contracting jobs. This one has been one of the best two contracting experiences we have had. John keeps in constant contact with us, informing us who will be working each day. At least one worker has been here every working day since they started. John asks for no money up front, instead sending invoices as the work stages are completed. We are very pleased with the job that Grand and John Martinez has done.

+ 2 moreThe staff and crew were very professional from start to finish. They cleaned up everyday before they left. And the office called me each night to inform me of the next day's work schedule so I could plan my day too. The end results were better than I could have imagined. I am so happy with my new dream kitchen and I will be calling them back to do my bath remodel too.

+ -1 moreExcellent workmanship. New room was finished on schedule with no hiccups during construction. Very professional and polite workers. Owner called every evening to review work to completed the next day and their schedule. Stucco, roof tile and paint all match existing very well. No unexpected cost adders. We would definitely use Grand Building and Remodeling in the future.
Description of Work: Hobby room (quilting room) added to corner of existing home. This is a 14' x 15' room with 10' x 3' closet--very functional for intended purpose. Work included new foundation, walls, framing, insulation, hip roof with tile shingles and gutter/downspout. Included two windows and a new closet with bypass doors and new door cut through existing exterior wall. Electrical wiring, lighting and finish is excellent.. Tile floor installed.
