When they first started the service was great, we never saw any bugs however our first issue was with a the first gentleman that did not want to ware a mask. The we gave them another chance the next gentleman came out with a mask but did not complete the job, we spoke with the owner he sent someone else out they redid the job. Final straw, the gentleman came out, he was sick, half sprayed the house, missing several rooms, did not spray the backyard and said nothing to anyone, the company contacted me about payment so we informed them about the bad service and told the lady we would take care of the bill once the gentleman came to spray the complete areas of our home. They never sent anyone back out and charged our card anyway causing an over draft on my account because that was no longer the account we wanted to use which I had informed them before they came out for service. Once I tried calling them they did not answer nor did they call back.
