This is probably the worse experience I have been through with any company. Carlos in Mirage, was hired by my home warranty insurance company for a wall oven/micro panel repair. I was told by the insurance company that the CCO Appliance repair would be coming Monday, Mar 17 between 11-2. They gave me his number. I called him, Carlos, and with children in the background, he said NO, not today. Tomorrow March 18. So I waited and cancelled an eye doctor appt that took me months to get because I have already been w/o my oven/micro for 8 days. I waited today, Mar 18, and called him several times during the day. He would be there and had the appt confirmed. 30 min before the end time of 2:00, I called again, he said 25 minutes. After 50 mins, my insurance company called and said he got voice mail. CARLOS of CCO APPLIANCE, should not be on a ONCE well regarded site as HOME ADVISORS. He is a VERY BAD REPRESENTOR of "VETTED" Vendors of H-Adv. .

The electrician was great and fixed the problem

They did a good fix for my clothes washer.

This man and his company are worthless, most horrible experience ever, he is a liar and a cheat and a scammer, AVOID at all costs

If I could give zero stars, I would. He originally came out and had my dryer fixed very quickly. I even gave him a 5 star review on home advisor. My dryer started malfunctioning again, so I called him again. He came out and took my dryer completely apart. It needs a new belt and he needs to order the part, no problem. He came back with a belt that didn't fit! He said the correct belt would be in on Wednesday, it's been a week, still nothing. I called him Monday and he told me that the belt just arrived and he would be here the next day to fix it. Radio silence, he is ignoring my phone calls and text messages. My dryer is in pieces and has been out of service for 3 weeks. I have 5 kids, you can probably imagine the laundry that has stacked up. This guy is a joke! His cheap pricing on your initial fix is a ploy to get you to write him a 5 star review. Use at your own risk.

My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling overnight when I found a puddle of water where my ice should be. CCO Appliance Repair called within minutes of my placing a request with Angi, said they could be there in an hour. Carlos arrived within the hour and was able to fix my fridge quickly. He was very professional and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely use CCO Appliance Repair in the future.

Good communication from the time the appointment was scheduled. Problem with the refrigerator was quickly identified. Repair took less than an hour. Thanks!

This guy is the worst. If you like getting ripped off, hire this company. If you like not having your warranty honored, call this guy. I originally hired Carlos because both ice makers on my fridge stopped working. I told Carlos that it seems odd both would stop working at the same time. Plus, my compressor was making noise. He let me know that ice makers go bad and the noise was normal. (It?s not normal. And there was nothing wrong with my ice makers.) So, he replaced both ice makers and said I had a 30 day warranty. Well, the new ice makers never produced ice. After a couple days I called him and let him know the new ice makers don?t work. He said he would come back and replace a sensor. Carlos never came back. After repeated calls and texts, he just wouldn?t respond. I had to hire a different company to fix the problem, which had nothing to do with the ice makers. You?ve been warned.

Not only was he very professional but he was efficient! He assessed the problem, ordered a part, and came back to fix within 24 hours- very impressive.

Carlos came out same day to figure out what was going out with my dishwasher. He discovered the issue right away and came back next day with the needed parts and fixed my dishwasher within a half hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and cost was industry standard.

Our refeigerator was not cooling or freezing so we called Angi Co after another company came out and said we needed a new compressor and coils. We decided to call Angi before purchasing a new one as the cost was extreme. Carlos came out that very day and checked the components. We didn’t need a new compressors or anything the other company was asking. Carlos was so thorough, professional, very informative and prompt in doing his work. Great experience and will definitely recommend Angi to friends and family for their needs. Thank you Carlos for saving us a bunch of money.

I reached out to get an estimate for a Washer Door boot seal gasket to several people - handymen as well as Appliance companies. CCO Appliance responded timely! I spoke with staff Carlos and he was very informative and respectful. He was able to answer all of my questions as well as give me the estimate so I can get the work done!! They even offered a 6 month warranty! I was able to confirm with him the price, part information and scheduling! Thank you CCO Appliance for being timely, honest and patient with my questions! it matters! Customer service starts as soon as he responded to the referral. I would give him an A+!

The water feature in our dryer would not stop emitting water…could not reach the water turn off valve behind stacked machines in laundry room so had to turn entire house water supply off. Carlos understood our inconvenience and scheduled us as his next stop. Our initial conversation was at 8a, he was working on our dryer by 11:40, finished at 12:10. Really good!

Carlos came same day and was able to fix my washer in 20 minutes. He was very kind and light-hearted and provided excellent customer service.
