Good until did not return last call to set up maintenance appointment. Left several messages. No response. Not sure of maintenance schedule for my unit. Does it require some sort of fluid? I'll have to figure it out on the internet because this place hasn't worked out a way to record and always return calls from past and future clients.

He didn't do too much this time. He came out, crawled on the roof, and informed us that an office building we had built had far-gone issues that required a new unit. He took my husband up there to explain why we would need a new unit. I would have liked a little less of a price, but he was prompt and did what he said he was going to do.
