+ -1 morewe will never know because they haven't showed up for thelast 4 appointments we have made with then!
Description of Work: Douglas electric has the worst customer service EVER!!!! we contacted Douglas electric about 4 times in the last month to repair an electrical problem in our home and all 4 times they were a no-show!, there phone skills are very rude they answer as if it were a personal line. you dont even know if your calling a business, and to top it off they tell you they will show up at your residence at a certain time on a certain day so you make plans to be home and what do they do, NOT SHOW UP! not even a courtesy call to reschedule or anything!!!
