Despite asking repeatedly for the panels to be installed higher on my roof, and perhaps adding one or two more, they were installed so low that my neighbor's house blocks the lower panels during the winter resulting in poor production. Our monthly savings are pitiful. I contacted my sales rep who said he would pass on my concerns. No results. I emailed the engineer who designed the system, still no results. My feeling is that sales were more important at the time and follow-up customer service is lacking. I would not do business with them again.
